Plymouth Gin has been made at the original distillery, in Plymouth, England, to the same high standards for over 220 years. Each batch is crafted in the same copper pot still dating back to 1855. Today, the steward of this highly regarded gin is Sean Harrison, one of the most experienced master distillers in the UK. The smooth taste of Plymouth Gin is the result of a balanced blend of seven hand-selected botanicals, distilled with soft Dartmoor water. And we’re one of the few distilleries to use a small amount of green cardamom for its intense, spicy, sweet and floral flavors. (from the producer)
