Our Return Policy
- Damaged bottles of red wine, corked or otherwise, will be accepted for store credit only.
- Full or mostly full bottles must be returned less than 10 days after purchase.
- White wine, Champagne, and sparkling wines will not be accepted for return.
- Accessories & Stemware: There are no returns of corkscrews, glasses, etc.
- Gift Certificates: There are no cash refunds on gift certificates.
- All valid returns will receive store credit only.
- Valid returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original cost.
