Hand-harvested from old vines nestled in the high-altitude vineyards of Burgos, this 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) wine is a symphony of vibrant red fruit, delicate spice, and captivating minerality. Gravity-fed winemaking and gentle aging in used oak barrels allow the purity of the fruit to shine, resulting in a wine that is both powerful and refined.
Aromas of mineral-tinged raspberry, incense, and floral notes entice the senses, while the palate delights with concentrated red fruit and spice cake flavors that evolve beautifully in the glass.
