The Davies family, after honing their sparkling wine-making skills for twenty years, ventured into crafting this non-vintage marvel. After several keen experiments, Mirabelle Brut, along with its twin Mirabelle Brut Rosé, struck a victorious note in 1992.
Unique in comparison to Schramsberg's other offerings, Mirabelle stands out due to the blending of aged base wines from previous years, stored in barrels and tanks at the winery. This aging process gifts Mirabelle its indelible richness, complex aromas, and a matured body.
Every sip of this bubbly conjures visions of California's North Coast, with the cool-climate Chardonnay lending vibrant apple/citrus tastes and a crisp acidity to the palate.
