Sincronia Negre is a powerful yet refreshing wine that boasts Mediterranean garrigue aromatics and a core of mouth-watering fruit, making it the perfect pairing for any dish. Crafted with low intervention and in limited quantities, this joyous red table wine is aged for six months in two- and three-year-old French and American oak barrels after undergoing separate fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel.

The red blend 2020 Sincronia Negre was cropped from the most challenging vintage they've had so far, when they lost 50% of the crop to mildew. It's a multi-grape blend of Callet, Gorgollassa, Mantonegro, Monastrell, Cabernet and Merlot from most of their vineyards, all fermented separately and matured in barriques for six months. It's a light Mediterranean blend with only 12% alcohol and a light palate with nice balance and freshness, fruit-driven and juicy, with very fine tannins and a clean, long finish. 18,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2021.
