Made with 85% Lambrusco Salamino and 15% Lambrusco Ancellotta.
A non-vintage fizzy red, it is best enjoyed for its freshness and fragrance yet also has the structure to withstand cellaring. Intense ruby red color with purple reflections; extremely fragrant bouquet, showing lush aromas of red fruit, especially blueberry & raspberry, confirmed on the well balanced, structured palate with distinctive flavor intensity & balance and a slightly tannic finish.
All-around food wine, versatile and easily paired with both traditional and modern cuisine; excellent with white meat, roasts or Italian-style minestrone.
