Founded in 1979 and now guided by the third generation, the winery focuses on traditional methods and small quantities, allowing the noble grapes of this Alpine region to shine. This particular bottling offers a delightful Pinot Grigio with notable substance and character.
It artfully blends fruit from two distinct vineyard sites: one near the family farmhouse in Cornaiano contributing generous texture, and another at higher elevation across the valley lending refreshing acidity and minerality. Vinified entirely in stainless steel tanks without new oak, the wine preserves its pure fruit expression. It pours a pale straw-yellow, releasing captivating aromas of white flowers, crisp pear, and golden apple. The palate is focused yet satisfyingly fleshy, dominated by ripe apple flavors that lead into a lip-smacking finish edged with distinct minerality.
