Tasting Notes: This medium-bodied wine dances on the palate, bursting with dark berried acidity. Despite its lightness, it surprises with unexpected depth and savory notes, making every sip a delightful mystery.
Vineyard: Olivet Ranch has been under the transformative care of Ehren since 2010, impressing us with its character, quality, and charm. Biodynamically farmed, it continues to exceed our highest expectations vintage after vintage, and has become the nursery for future plantings.
Vintage: The 2021 vintage was mercifully uneventful - a refreshing change! A warm but moderate growing season led to cool, even temps during harvest, allowing us great tannin ripeness at low alcohol. A lighter crop provided bright acid and vibrant perfume, resulting in what we feel is a classic vintage.
Winemaker: Ehren Jordan, a true vigneron with decades of experience from the Rhône Valley to Paso Robles, Sonoma County to the Willamette Valley. His obsessive hands-on farming practices and minimalist hands-off winemaking allow the site, variety, and vintage to guide each expression.

The 2021 Pinot Noir Olivet Ranch is laced with crushed red berry fruit, spice, cedar, tobacco, incense and dried flowers. Medium in body yet quite deep, the Oliver Ranch exudes class. Bright acids extend the vibrant finish effortlessly. Time adds notable texture and volume as the flavor profile turns a bit darker.
