Baldoria Rosso, made with both white Chardonnay and red Nebbiolo grapes, balances its freshly bitter, herbal notes of thyme and summer savory profile with just enough sweet red fruit and orange peel to make it a complex drink all on its own (and drink on its own you should). The lighter-style red vermouth is also first-rate in classics - if you are going to keep one vermouth on hand, you should make it the Baldoria Rosso.
