Representing the lightest material sorted-out on tables from a largely botrytis picking, Adam says that his 2011 Dhronhofberger Riesling Auslese in consequence only retained about one-quarter shriveled, ennobled berries. This smells intriguingly, almost incredibly of urchin roe and sea breeze along with hints of white truffle and white raisin, all of which work their wiles on a lusciously-sweet fundament of pear, quince and fig syrups. Expansive and glossy, this sooths as well as intrigues as it satisfyingly lingers. Look for at least three decades of fascination and seduction.
