This 40% ABV spirit, with its beautiful amber color and orange glints, offers a translucent and bright appearance. Sophisticated aromas of alcohol, red flowers, molasses, honey, maple, plum, cinnamon, cloves, saltiness, and damp wood entice the senses. The palate is unctuous, revealing elegant memories of maple, prunes, and quince, with a balanced and delicious medium-to-long finish.
Crafted from 100% sugarcane, with a mash bill of molasses, yeast, and water, this rum is blended with pure spring water and contains no added sugars, gluten, or artificial ingredients. Ron Carupano, with over 260 years of blending expertise, benefits from Venezuela’s demanding regulations, exceptional microclimate, and pure spring water. Aged on the Caribbean coast, the rum experiences accelerated aging due to the region's temperature variations.
