Produced from newly harvested sugarcane cuts, Pitú represents Brazil’s traditional Cachaça. Besides a strict quality control, the product goes through a resting process in marrying tanks, which gives the product aroma and flavor.
Piturinha
1/2 of a lime
2 tablespoons sugar
50 ml. Pitú Cachaça
Cut one-half of a lime into quarters and place in an old-fashioned glass. Muddle lime and sugar and stir with crushed ice and Pitú Cachaça. Garnish with lime wedges. (from the producer)
