Our grappa infused with rue is intense, fragrant, pleasantly bitter. All the flavor of grape pomace from Veneto and Friuli, with the herbal scent of the rue plant. The delicate green, reminiscent of mountain valleys, characterizes the appearance of this grappa, best enjoyed after a meal.
INGREDIENTS: Pomace of grapes harvested in the foothills of Veneto and Friuli Regions of Italy and rue plant branches.
TYPE OF DISTILLATION: traditional, vacuum-sealed steam still with double rectification with infusion of the rue plant branches.
APPEARANCE: Transparent, with pale green reflections
AROMATIC PROFILE: Immediate, typical of the rue herbal fragrance
PALATE: Intense, with a pleasantly herbaceous finish
