Teeda Japanese Rum, distilled in Okinawa's unique subtropical climate, embodies the island's rich history and natural abundance. Crafted from distinctive local sugarcane, this exceptional rum captures the essence of its exotic origin.
Pot-distilled and aged for three years in American oak barrels, Teeda Rum boasts a harmonious blend of flavors. Its light gold color belies a complex character, with minerally aromas of sweet plantain, hot copper, panela, tonka bean, and elotes. The palate is slightly chewy and crisp, revealing a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body. The finish is warming and complex, with notes of toasted mango muffin, mango-infused caramel, pineapple smoothie, and lychee.
Awarded a Gold Medal and 95 points by Tasting.com, Teeda Rum is a testament to the craftsmanship of Helios Distillery, founded in 1961 by Tadashi Matsuda.
