Union Square Wines invites you on a journey through Irish whiskey history with a special tasting event featuring the renowned Spot Whiskeys. These legendary single pot still whiskeys, with roots dating back to the early 1900s, are a testament to the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Irish whiskey bonding.

The Spot Whiskeys, named for the colorful markings used to denote their age potential, are a unique collaboration between the Mitchell & Son family and the revered Midleton Distillery in County Cork. This tasting will explore three distinct expressions: the vibrant Green Spot, aged 7 to 10 years; the sophisticated Yellow Spot, matured for 12 years in a combination of American bourbon, Spanish sherry, and Spanish Malaga casks; and the recently revived Blue Spot, a 7-year-old whiskey aged in bourbon, sherry, and Madeira casks.
