Founded by the visionary PJ Rigney, The Shed Distillery is a testament to innovation and a passion for pushing the boundaries of traditional Irish spirits. This tasting will showcase two exceptional expressions: Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin and Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. The gin, a flagship creation of PJ Rigney, combines eight pot still and four vapor-infused botanicals, including fresh citrus, oriental spices, and the intriguing gunpowder tea. The result is a complex and refreshing gin that will tantalize your taste buds. We'll also explore Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, a triple-distilled wonder made with malted Irish barley, un-malted Irish barley, and Irish Barra Oats.
