Cazcanes Distillery, located in Amatitán, Jalisco, is dedicated to producing handcrafted tequila that reflects the unique terroir of the region. They utilize fully mature 100% organic Blue Weber agave, hand-selected at peak sugar levels, and source natural artesian water from the volcanic mountains. Their meticulous approach, from slow cooking the agave to double distillation in stainless steel pots with copper coils, ensures exceptional quality and flavor.
This tasting will feature three expressions of Cazcanes Tequila: the crisp and vibrant No. 7 Blanco, the harmoniously balanced No. 7 Reposado, and the richly layered No. 7 Añejo.
